We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, manage the store team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly/annual business targets.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, billing, and housekeeping.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries/complaints effectively.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment, and shrinkage.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and productivity.
- Coordinate with the HO/operations team for smooth store functioning.
