Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Store Manager to manage the overall operations of a Vivo Mobile Store. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, achieving store targets, managing the team, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive monthly sales targets, revenue, and profitability of the store.

Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales team to achieve individual and store-level targets.

Monitor daily sales, conversion, footfall, product mix, and team performance.

Ensure proper product presentation, visual merchandising, and store hygiene.

Handle customers effectively and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain proper stock availability and coordinate with the concerned team for replenishment.

Ensure accurate billing, inventory management, cash handling, and daily store reporting.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional offers.

Ensure compliance with Vivo and company policies, processes, and operational standards.

Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and sales planning.

Manage attendance, discipline, grooming, and overall team conduct.

Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.

Coordinate with the Cluster Manager/Regional Manager and Head Office on business and operational matters.





Ensure achievement of sales, accessory, activation, and other assigned KPIs.

Maintain proper documentation and timely submission of required reports.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 7+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile phones, consumer electronics, or telecom.

Prior experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Senior Sales Executive will be preferred.

Strong sales and team management skills.

Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

Target-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.

Good knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and the mobile retail market.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and retail reporting.

Ability to manage a team and work in a target-driven environment.
