Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning. Supervise, train, and motivate store employees.

Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints. Maintain inventory, stock levels, and proper product displays. Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.

Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with the Head Office regarding sales, stock, and operational requirements. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and staff management.



Requirements Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.

Good communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of sales, inventory management, and customer service.

Ability to manage a team and work under pressure. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.

Willingness to work flexible schedule as required.
