ABOUT THE ROLE

As Store Manager, youll own the day-to-day running of your California Burrito restaurant and make sure everything we stand for shows up in our food, our people and every customer experience.

WHAT WILL YOU OWN?

- Lead the store team and keep daily operations running smoothly across every shift.
- Hire, train and develop a strong team through open and honest feedback, explicit expectations and regular coaching.
- Make sure every meal meets our standards for freshness, quality, food safety and consistency.
- Create a great customer experience by keeping service warm, quick, accurate and genuinely helpful.
- Own your stores performance across sales, costs, labour, inventory and profitability,



while making sure cash handling and security procedures are followed properly.
- Plan schedules, forecast requirements and make sure the store has the right people and supplies at the right time.
- Keep the restaurant clean, safe, well-maintained and ready for customers, including staying ahead of equipment and maintenance needs.
- Bring campaigns, offers and local initiatives to life while finding new ways to connect with your customers.
- Lead with freedom and ownership: recognise good work, manage performance when needed, solve problems, build a strong team culture and keep raising the bar for yourself, your team and your store.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED?

- A genuine passion for hospitality, food and people.
- Experience leading a restaurant or a similar fast-paced operation.
- Strong people management skills, from hiring and training to coaching and performance management.
- A good understanding of scheduling, inventory, food safety, sales, costs, cash handling and P&L; management.
- A customer-first mindset and a high bar for quality and service.
- The confidence to take ownership, keep learning and help your team grow every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- 12th Pass
- QSR Experience is must
- Good communication and must be able to provide exceptional customer service
