Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning.

- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products and materials.

- Receive, verify, and properly store all incoming products and supplies.

- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory regularly.

- Monitor stock movement, usage, damages, and expiry dates.

- Conduct regular physical stock checking and report any shortages or discrepancies.

- Coordinate with salon managers and the management team regarding stock requirements.

- Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of the store.

- Prepare and maintain purchase and stock-related records.

- Avoid overstocking and unnecessary wastage.

- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items.

- Ensure products are issued only as per approved requirements.

- Report damaged, missing, or expired products immediately to management.





- Coordinate with suppliers and delivery teams when required.

- Maintain all store documents, bills, invoices, and records properly.

- Support management during stock audits and inspections.

- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.

- Good computer and Excel knowledge.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Ability to maintain accurate records.

- Responsible and organized approach to work.

- Previous experience in store/inventory management is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹42,073.90 per month
