Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store.

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team effectively.

- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor inventory, stock availability, stock movement, and replenishment.

- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure brand standards are followed.

- Manage billing, cash handling, store opening/closing, and daily reports.

- Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS reports.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

- Coordinate with the regional/area team for business planning and store operations.

Requirements

- Graduate/MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in retail store management, preferably in sportswear, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail.

- Strong team management and sales skills.

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to work in a retail environment with rotational shifts/weekends.
