STORES OFFICER REQUIRED AT PAKAGING CO AT BAVLA, AHMEDABAD A Store Officer in a packaging industry manages inventory, supervises warehouse storage, and ensures raw materials like paper board, films, inks, and finished packaging goods move smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Material Receiving and Inspection: Check incoming raw materials and packaging supplies against purchase orders (POs) and delivery challans for accurate quantities and damage.

- Inventory Control and ERP Updates: Record all stock movements, receipts, and issues in manual registers or enterprise software like ERP]

- Material Issuance: Issue approved packaging materials and raw supplies to the production or packing floor based on authorized requisitions.

- Stock Verification: Conduct regular physical stock counts and monthly reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.

- FIFO Management: Ensure stock rotation follows the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to prevent material expiration or degradation.

- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS)



reports on material usage, stock levels, and wastage.

- Hosekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean, secure, and organized warehouse environment while adhering to safety regulations.
