About the Role

Aqua Plus is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, maintain inventory, handle customer enquiries, and generate sales from walk-in customers.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers, and have the ability to understand and explain different water purifier models, their features, benefits, and suitability according to customer requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Management

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Aqua Plus store.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Maintain daily stock records of water purifiers, filters, spare parts, and other products.
- Update incoming and outgoing stock on a daily basis.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the management when products or parts need to be reordered.
- Maintain accurate inventory and store-related records.
- Coordinate with the service/technician team whenever required.

Customer Handling & Sales

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the store.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and water purification needs.
- Explain the features, benefits, specifications, and pricing of different water purifier models.
- Help customers compare available models and select a suitable product.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers when required.
- Convert walk-in enquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.

Customer Data Management





- Collect and maintain customer information for every relevant enquiry and purchase.
- Maintain accurate records of customer name, contact details, product interest, purchase information, and follow-up status.
- Regularly update customer data and ensure records are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with the service team regarding installation or service requirements after a sale.

Sales Incentives In addition to the fixed monthly salary, performance-based incentives will be provided for successful in-store customer conversions. The incentive structure will be explained during the interview.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in retail, sales, store management, or a similar role.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Should be confident while interacting with customers.
- Ability to understand and explain product features clearly.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining stock and customer records.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
- Should be organized and responsible with inventory and customer data.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert customer enquiries into sales.
- Willingness to learn about water purifiers and their technical features.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and professional.

Working Hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: As per Aqua Plus store schedule.
