About the Role

Ravi Motors is looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager / Auto Parts Sales & Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day shop operations, handle customers, provide the correct parts, and maintain stock and inventory.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the auto electrical, motor, automobile spare parts, or tractor parts industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customers and understand their requirements.

Identify and provide the correct auto electrical, motor, 4-wheeler, and tractor parts.

Manage counter sales and customer enquiries.

Receive, check, and organise incoming stock.

Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

Keep products properly organised so that parts can be easily located.

Monitor fast-moving and low-stock items and inform management about re-order requirements.

Maintain records of sales, purchases, stock, and pending requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers and customers when required.

Check stock for shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies.





Assist with loading/unloading and movement of stock when required.

Ensure the shop and inventory are maintained properly.

Take responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the store.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in auto parts, auto electrical parts, motor parts, tractor parts, or automobile spare parts is preferred.

Good knowledge of different auto electrical and tractor/motor parts will be an advantage.

Experience in a wholesale parts shop is highly preferred.

Positive customer-handling and communication skills.

Basic understanding of inventory and stock management.

Ability to learn and remember part names, numbers, brands, and applications.

Basic smartphone/computer knowledge is preferred.

Honest, punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will be based on the candidate’s:

Industry experience

Knowledge of auto electrical/motor/tractor parts

Customer-handling skills

Inventory management experience

Overall suitability for the role
