Position: Store Keeper

Department: Stores / Logistics & Supply Chain

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-Time

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant storekeeping experience will be preferred.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and properly store materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of all inward and outward materials.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Issue materials to site/department based on approved material requests.
- Maintain proper GRN, stock registers, issue notes, and material records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, stacking, and safe storage of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Logistics, Accounts, and Site Teams for material requirements.
- Track material movement between warehouse and project sites.
- Monitor damaged, expired,



excess, or slow-moving materials and report to management.
- Ensure the store is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Support inventory audits and prepare regular stock reports.
- Follow company procedures for material handling, documentation, and inventory control.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to manage multiple materials and priorities efficiently.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualities
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Good numerical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with site teams.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites when required.

Salary ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
