Job Responsibilities

- Receive goods: Check incoming materials against purchase orders for quantity and quality.
- Store items properly: Arrange and label materials for easy identification and safe storage.
- Issue materials: Supply materials to production or other departments as required.
- Maintain inventory records: Track stock levels using registers or software (ERP/Excel).
- Stock control: Monitor minimum and maximum levels to avoid shortages or excess.
- Conduct stock audits: Perform regular physical stock checks and reconcile differences.
- Documentation: Keep records of receipts, issues, returns, and damaged goods.
- Coordinate with departments: Work with procurement, production, and accounts teams.
- Ensure safety: Follow proper storage procedures and maintain a clean, protected store.
