JOB VACANCY – STORE KEEPER Company: Leader Star Security Limited Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Position: Store Keeper Department: Store / Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage the company's inventory, stock records, material receiving, issuing and storage activities.

Key Responsibilities Receive, check and properly store incoming materials. Maintain accurate stock and inventory records . Issue materials to employees/sites as per approved requirements. Maintain records of material received, issued and returned .

Conduct regular physical stock verification. Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management about replenishment requirements. Maintain proper storage and labeling of all materials. Prepare GRN, Issue Slip, Stock Register and other store documents .

Coordinate with purchase and operations departments for material requirements. Maintain records of damaged, unused and returned materials. Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.

Prevent unnecessary wastage, loss or misuse of company materials. Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions.



Perform other store-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word . Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management. Good record-keeping and documentation skills. Valuable communication and coordination skills. Ability to maintain accurate stock records.

Responsible, disciplined and organized approach to work. Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day store activities. Qualification 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Diploma or certification in Store Management / Inventory Management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in security services, manpower services, facility management, housekeeping or similar industries will be preferred.

Areas (KPI) Accurate stock records. Timely material receiving and issuing. Proper inventory control. Minimum stock-level monitoring. Regular physical stock verification.
