Beriom Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Keeper Cum Accountant to manage inventory and support accounts at The NatureLand Wellness Resort.
Position: Store Keeper Cum Accountant
Location: The NatureLand Wellness Resort
Address: Village Cholagora, Jamshedpur–Galudih Road, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand – 832304
Experience: 2–4 years in stores, inventory or accounts preferred
Qualification: Graduate, preferably B.Com
Fooding will be provided
Accommodation will be provided
Key Responsibilities
- Receive materials against approved documents
- Check quantity, quality and specifications
- Maintain item-wise stock registers
- Issue materials against authorized requisitions
- Conduct physical stock verification
- Reconcile stock discrepancies
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels
- Monitor expiry dates of food, beverages and other items
- Maintain proper store labeling and housekeeping
- Verify purchase bills and invoices
- Maintain purchase, expense and vendor records
- Assist with accounting entries and reconciliations
- Prepare stock and consumption reports
- Prevent wastage, unauthorized issue and stock losses
Key Skills Required
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Tally/accounting software knowledge preferred
- Strong numerical ability
- Excellent record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Honesty and integrity
- Ability to reconcile physical and book stock
