Role & responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and goods.

- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

- Issue materials to departments against approved requests.

- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase/reorder requests.

- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials.

- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.

- Prepare goods receipt, issue, transfer, and stock reports.

- Coordinate with purchasing, accounts, production, and other departments.

- Ensure the store area is clean, secure, and properly organized.
