Role Description The Store Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nanded.

The Store

Incharge will oversee day-to-day store operations, including receiving, verifying, and issuing construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing and labeling stock, monitoring material movement, and ensuring proper storage to minimize damage and loss. The role involves coordinating with project teams, suppliers, and site staff to meet material requirements, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance with company procedures.

The Store





Incharge will also help maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and basic security protocols in the store area.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Store Management skills, including inventory control, material handling, and record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to effectively support internal project teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to coordinate with site supervisors, suppliers, and logistics personnel.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills or similar experience in preventing stock discrepancies and minimizing material wastage.
- Relevant experience in construction stores, warehousing, or material management is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Nanded, manage physical tasks, and follow safety and compliance guidelines.
- Basic computer skills for using inventory or spreadsheet tools; familiarity with store management systems is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; vocational training or certification in storekeeping, logistics, or supply chain is beneficial.
