Receive, verify, and store incoming materials as per company procedures. Maintain accurate records of stock, inward and outward materials.

Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/procurement team for replenishment. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

Prepare GRN, material issue slips, stock reports, and other required documentation. Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable. Coordinate with production, purchase, logistics, and other departments for material requirements.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping in the store. Ensure materials are stored securely and minimize damage, loss,



or wastage. Maintain inventory data in ERP/software and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Supervise store assistants/helpers and allocate daily activities. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
