? Hiring: Store In-Charge / Store Manager

We are hiring for a Store In-Charge / Store Manager role in the Quick Commerce industry.

? Locations: Ahmedabad & Surat

? Salary: Up to ₹6.50 LPA

? Industry: Quick Commerce / Grocery / Retail

⏳ Joining: Immediate joiners preferred | Maximum 15 days

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall day-to-day store operations and performance.

Monitor store-level metrics such as OTD, write-offs, customer complaints and DER.

Ensure timely execution of GRN, PRN, cycle counts and FEFO/expiry-related processes.

Monitor reports and take corrective actions to improve store performance.

Ensure adherence to SOPs and process compliance.

Handle basic P&L; understanding related to store costs and efficiency.

Manage staff rosters and supervise store team members.

Guide,



counsel and motivate team members.

Handle employee discipline, feedback and performance management.

Ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
