The Store In-Charge will be responsible for managing the complete store and warehouse operations, including material receipt, inspection coordination, storage, inventory control, material issuance, documentation, and timely availability of materials to different departments. The position requires strong knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, material handling, and warehouse processes in a manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Stores and Warehouse.
- Maintain proper bin locations and systematic storage of all materials.
- Receive incoming materials against Purchase Orders / approved documents.
- Verify quantity, specifications, and supporting documents at the time of receipt.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Quality departments for material inspection and clearance.
- Prepare and maintain Material Receipt Notes (MRN/GRN) and related documentation.
- Ensure rejected or damaged materials are properly identified and segregated.
- Issue materials to Production, Assembly, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments as per authorized requirements.
- Monitor material consumption and coordinate with concerned departments for shortages.
- Maintain accurate stock records for all materials, components, consumables,



tools, and other store items.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels.
- Prepare inventory reports and provide regular stock status to management.
- Maintain all store transactions in the ERP system / inventory management system.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Coordinate closely with Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Finance, and Planning departments.
- Follow up with Purchase for pending / critical materials.

Required Skills , Experience & Educational Qualification :

- Good understanding of Inventory Control and Material Management.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Stores / Warehouse.
- Knowledge of ERP / SAP / inventory management software.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering – B.E./B.Tech from a recognized university/institute.
- Positive knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and 5S.
- Ability to manage a team of store personnel.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
