Job Title: Store Incharge

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage daily store activities, material movement, stock records, and coordination with site and procurement teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain material inward and outward entries.
- Handle material issue and receiving activities.
- Conduct regular material audits and stock verification.
- Monitor tools and materials – inward and outward.
- Perform material reconciliation and maintain accurate stock records.
- Collect material indents from project sites.
- Prepare and raise material indents to the Procurement Department.
- Arrange and maintain materials properly in the store.
- Verify received materials and prepare/certify GRN along with vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Design Engineers, Procurement Team, and other responsible personnel.




- Manage logistics and coordinate vehicle arrangements for material shifting.
- Monitor stock on a daily basis and ensure availability of required materials.
- Share daily stock updates in relevant company groups.
- Prepare and maintain daily store reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, storage, and safe handling of materials.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in Store/Inventory Management preferred.
- Freshers are also eligible.
- Basic knowledge of material handling, inventory, and stock management.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to work at project/site locations.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
