Visko Textiles Pvt Ltd. is looking for a Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, inventory control, stock records, and material issuance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and warehouse operations.
- Receive incoming raw materials, fabrics, accessories, packing materials, and other items.
- Verify material quantity, specifications, and supporting documents at the time of receipt.
- Maintain proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and inward/outward records.
- Issue materials to production departments against authorized requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, tagging, and stacking of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Maintain proper documentation for material movement.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor damaged, excess, shortage, or obsolete stock and report discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness,



safety, and proper organization of the store area.
- Support stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Update inventory data in ERP/software and MS Excel.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Inventory Management & Store Operations.
- Basic knowledge of ERP / Inventory Management Software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage physical inventory and material movement.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/textile environment.

Qualification
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with B.Com, BBA, or Diploma in Supply Chain/Warehouse Management will be preferred.

Experience Freshers: Candidates with relevant internship/training can apply.

Experienced: 1–3 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Textile Industry preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
