Job Summary The Artarium is looking for a Store Executive to manage daily inventory and store operations, including material receipt, issue, stock maintenance, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records in Tally/ERP and Excel.
- Handle GRN, material issue/receipt, and stock documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels, shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Operations teams.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
- Prepare inventory reports and support stock audits.
Requirements
- Graduate or relevant field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Brand Store/Inventory/Warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
