Job Summary The National Sports Club of India (NSCI) is looking for a proactive and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have relevant store management experience, basic knowledge of inventory processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.
- Receive, inspect and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain proper stock records, inventory registers and documentation.
- Issue materials to respective departments against approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and arrangement of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts and other departments regarding material requirements.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, Material Issue/Receipt records and stock reports.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and excess stock.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory control and material management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B. Com graduate.
- Diploma in Material Management will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory and material management practices.
- Valuable communication, coordination and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/store management software.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle stock responsibly.
