Job Title: Store Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of stock management, documentation, and warehouse/store procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and inspect incoming materials, products, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Organize and store materials properly for easy identification and access.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain stock registers, invoices, GRNs, and other store-related documents.
- Issue materials to departments or customers against approved requests.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of inventory.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
- Coordinate with purchasing,



sales, accounts, and other departments.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
- Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

- Graduate or 12th pass; relevant store/ experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in store, inventory, warehouse, operations.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inventory software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle stock responsibly.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹15,023.93 - ₹25,000.40 per month
