The South Indian Manufacturing Company (SIMCO) is a long-standing pharmaceutical manufacturing firm based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, known for its trusted heritage product, Saibol. We are seeking an organized and meticulous Stores Executive to join our team in Madurai and manage our warehouse operations, stock records, and documentation systems.

Role & responsibilities

- Store Operations & Documentation: Manage daily warehouse activities and maintain complete, accurate store documentation.
- Stock Register Management: Update and maintain physical and digital stock registers, inventory tracking books, and reconciliation records.
- Material Coordination: Oversee and verify all inward and outward material movements with appropriate shipping and receiving notes.
- SOP & Quality Compliance: Ensure all operations closely align with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Audit Support:



Assist the management and quality teams in compliance reporting and routine internal/external audits.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Any Graduate (Preference will be given to B.Com, B.Sc, or Diploma holders).
- Industry Preference: Experience in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility or an industry following strict quality standards like Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or ISO is a major plus.
- Background Preference: Candidates with a background in basic accounts or financial record-keeping are highly encouraged to apply.
- Skill Set: Strong understanding of inventory management, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive willingness to learn.
- Location Criteria: Candidates must already reside in Madurai or be fully willing to relocate to Madurai.
