- Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and record materials and supplies as per company procedures.

- Maintain proper records of all inward and outward materials.

- Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.

- Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system data.

- Ensure safe handling and proper storage of materials.

- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and project departments for material requirements and documentation.

- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

- Handle returnable and non-returnable gate passes.

- Assist in periodic audits and support audit requirements.
