Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations, including receipt, storage, issue and dispatch of materials.

- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, specifications and supporting documents.

- Prepare and maintain GRN, material receipt, issue and stock records.

- Ensure proper storage, identification, tagging and binning of materials.

- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct periodic physical stock verification.

- Issue materials to production, maintenance and other departments against authorized requests.

- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for replenishment.

- Handle RM, consumables, spares, tools and finished goods inventory as applicable.

- Maintain proper documentation and update inventory in ERP/SAP.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts and other departments for material-related issues.

- Ensure 5S, housekeeping, safety and proper material handling within the store.
