Job Role To manage the day-to-day store operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory records of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Ensure proper material handling, stock accuracy, and timely material availability for production and other departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Receive incoming materials from suppliers and verify quantity, item description, and supporting documents against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for material inspection and acceptance.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and other material receipt documents.
- Store materials in designated locations with proper identification, labeling, and systematic arrangement.
- Issue raw materials, components, and other items to production and other departments against authorized material requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and ERP entries.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for material shortages and replenishment requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Ensure proper material handling, preservation, and storage conditions to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
- Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly stock reports as required by the Stores Head.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward, outward, transfer, and return materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Accounts departments for smooth material movement.
- Follow company safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and inventory control policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required stock records and documents.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.
- Timely material receipt and issue.
- GRN and stock entry accuracy.
- Material availability for production.
- Reduction in stock discrepancies and material damage.
- Proper storage and housekeeping.
- Timely submission of inventory reports.

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Graduate in any discipline; qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Basic knowledge of ERP / inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Positive communication, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of material handling, stock verification, and warehouse safety procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
