1. Manage procurement & purchase of store consumables (gases, welding, electrical, crane items, etc.)
2. Negotiate with vendors, prepare comparison sheets, and issue purchase orders.
3. Maintain all records in ERP software and ensure smooth inward & outward of materials.
4. Oversee crane & equipment maintenance coordination with the team.
5. Ensure accurate inventory management and quality compliance.
Preferred candidate profile Solid knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory software.
Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory methods.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Understanding of material handling, documentation, and audit processes.
