Job Summary

Labotek India is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Store cum Dispatch Execative, preferably an graduate, to ensure the store and dispatch operation of our factory premises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials
- Perform stock checking manually and physically on a regular basis
- Handle dispatch activities including packing, documentation, and shipment coordination
- Issue materials as per requirement and maintain proper records
- Coordinate with various departments for material planning and movement
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and dispatch documents
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct regular stock audits and verification
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area




- Should be responsible for stock checking mannually, physically & handle dispatch , material issue with various department.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Preferred: Graduate
- Age: 31 to 45 years
- Minimum education: Graduation
- Physically fit and disciplined
- Prior experience in industrial store operations is an advantage.

Skills Required:

- Alertness and observation skills
- Basic communication ability
- Robust sense of responsibility and integrity
