Role Description The Store Assistant role at TRPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajahmundry.

The Store

Assistant will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing materials and finished products, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper labeling and organization of stock. This role includes assisting in stock issuance to production and other departments, updating stock registers or systems, and supporting regular stock audits.

Assistant will coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding deliveries, maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area,



and provide basic support to visitors or customers related to store operations as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and visitors.
- Candidates should possess Retail Sales and basic Training skills to support material handling procedures and guide team members on store processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage inventory, maintain records, and keep the store area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, inventory software) and familiarity with stock management processes will be beneficial.
- Prior experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajahmundry, handle physical tasks related to material movement, and follow safety and quality procedures.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in storekeeping, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
