Role Description The Store Assistant role is a full time, on-site position based in Baddi.

The Store

Assistant will support daily store operations, including receiving, checking, and storing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring proper labeling and placement of goods. The role involves assisting customers and internal staff with product availability, preparing orders, and coordinating dispatches as needed.

and compliant with safety and company standards. This position also requires collaborating with the store supervisor and other team members to meet operational targets and support smooth store functioning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Retail Sales and basic Organization Skills to manage merchandise, stock displays, and store layout efficiently.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver or support Training for new team members on store procedures and product handling.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Comfort with using computers or handheld devices for stock entry and reporting is preferred.
- Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or store operations is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or commerce-related education is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate physical tasks related to stock movement.
