Role Description The Storage and Backup Engineer is a full time role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise storage and backup solutions. This hybrid position is based in Bengaluru South, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring storage performance, managing capacity, and ensuring data availability and integrity across various platforms. The role involves configuring and supporting backup and recovery systems, performing regular backup jobs, validating restore processes,



and optimizing retention policies in line with business and compliance needs. The engineer will troubleshoot storage and backup issues, coordinate with infrastructure, security, and application teams, document configurations and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement and automation of storage and data protection operations.

Experience with enterprise storage technologies (e.g., SAN, NAS, RAID) and storage provisioning,
