A.S. Jagtap & Co. is looking for a responsible Supervisor to manage and monitor night-shift operations at our stone crusher plant located at Supe Kh., Saswad, Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising crusher plant operations, coordinating labour and machinery operators, monitoring production and reporting operational or maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

- Supervise complete stone crusher operations during the shift.
- Monitor crusher plant performance and production.
- Coordinate with machine operators and labour.
- Monitor daily production and material output.
- Ensure smooth and continuous plant operations.
- Monitor loading, crushing and material handling activities.
- Coordinate with machinery operators and drivers.
- Monitor machinery performance and identify operational issues.
- Report breakdowns and maintenance requirements immediately.
- Maintain daily production and operational records.
- Monitor manpower deployment during the night shift.
- Ensure proper shift handover to the day team.
- Report production,



maintenance and operational issues to management.
- Maintain discipline and coordination at the crusher site.
- Ensure safe and proper functioning of the plant during the shift.

Qualification
- Relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Candidates with relevant stone crusher, quarry, mining or construction experience may apply.

Experience
- Fresher to 3 years.
- Experience in stone crusher/aggregate plant operations will be an advantage.

Skills Required
- Positive supervision and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of crusher plant operations.
- Ability to manage workers and machine operators.
- Basic knowledge of machinery and maintenance issues.
- Responsible and alert during night shifts.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to maintain production records.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
