Key Responsibilities – Stock & Inventory

- Manage day-to-day stock and inventory records.

- Maintain records of stock received, issued, transferred and returned.

- Check physical stock and ensure proper matching with system records.

- Maintain accurate inward and outward stock entries.

- Prepare and maintain stock registers and inventory reports.

- Monitor stock movement between warehouse, office, exhibitions and customer locations.

- Ensure proper tagging, identification and storage of stock items.

- Track returnable exhibition/display material and ensure timely return.

- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for material dispatch and receipt.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report shortages, damages or discrepancies.

- Maintain records of damaged, missing,



repaired and returned items.

- Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.

- Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock or quick-moving items.

- Maintain proper organization of the warehouse and ensure stock is stored safely.

- Support periodic stock reconciliation and inventory audits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
