About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable STEM Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to students, educators, or corporate learners. The ideal candidate is passionate about STEM education, skilled at facilitating interactive sessions, and able to simplify complex concepts through demonstrations, experiments, and activity-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging STEM training sessions, workshops, and classes for students/learners across various age groups or skill levels

- Deliver hands-on activities including experiments, coding exercises, robotics demonstrations, and engineering design challenges

- Explain complex scientific, mathematical, and technical concepts in a simple, relatable, and age-appropriate manner

- Set up, operate, and maintain STEM lab equipment, kits, robotics tools, and technology used in sessions

- Follow and, where needed, adapt existing curriculum/lesson plans to suit learner needs and pace

- Assess learner understanding through observation, quizzes, and practical demonstrations; provide feedback

- Manage classroom/lab workplace, ensuring safety protocols are followed during experiments and activities

- Coordinate with instructional designers/curriculum team to provide feedback on content effectiveness

- Prepare training reports, attendance records, and learner progress updates

- Represent the organization at STEM events, workshops, exhibitions, or competitions (e.g.,



robotics competitions, science fairs)

- Stay updated on new STEM tools, teaching techniques, and educational technology trends

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics) or Education

- 1–3 years of experience in teaching, training, or facilitating STEM programs (school, ed-tech company, or training institute)

- Strong knowledge of at least one STEM area (robotics, coding, science experiments, mathematics, etc.)

- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and classroom/session management skills

- Ability to engage and motivate learners of different age groups and learning styles

- Basic proficiency with STEM tools/kits (robotics kits, coding platforms like Scratch/Python, science lab equipment)

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with children/students (for K-12 focused roles) or corporate audiences (for technical training roles)

- Certification in specific technologies (robotics platforms, coding languages, Arduino/Raspberry Pi, etc.)

- Prior experience conducting workshops, camps, or STEM competitions

- Knowledge of instructional techniques like inquiry-based learning or project-based learning (PBL)

- Willingness to travel to different training centers/schools if required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
