- Organise teacher/STEM Trainer training and ensure delivery readiness.

- Delivery Management
- Track STEM Kit stock and ensure infrastructure readiness before programme start.
- Monitor delivery and provide progress dashboards to the Dean and AMMACHI Labs administration.
- Manage rescheduling due to disruptions and resolve/escalate issues promptly.
Project Management
- Ensure delivery within agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality standards.
