Job Summary

Design and execute statistical analyses for experimental, observational, and survey data. Develop and validate predictive and inferential models using advanced statistical techniques (regression, ANOVA, Bayesian methods, time-series, etc.). Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers of outcomes.

Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency. Provide statistical consultation to business, product, and research teams, translating technical results into clear, actionable insights. Prepare technical reports, visualizations, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Mentor junior statisticians and data analysts, promoting best practices in statistical modeling and data interpretation.

Requirements

- Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

- 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in applied statistics, data analysis, or quantitative research.

- Mandate - Robust command of statistical software and programming languages such as R, SPSS, AMOS, MPlus, SAS, Mathematica, or Stata.

- Proficiency in SPSS, AMOS, MPlus, Stata, R, etc.

- Solid understanding of hypothesis testing, sampling methods, experimental design, regression modeling, and multivariate analysis.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
