Trinity People & Culture Consulting Pvt Ltd is hiring for a State Trainer – IT / Hardware Products for one of our clients.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in technical training, IT product training or hardware product training . The role involves conducting product demonstrations, technical training, implementation support and training for schools, teachers, distributors, resellers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training and product demonstrations for IT and hardware products.
- Provide hands-on training on products such as laptops, tablets, interactive flat panels and similar technology solutions.
- Train teachers, school representatives, distributors, resellers and channel partners on product features, usage and implementation.
- Support the sales team during pre-sales activities, school demonstrations and product walkthroughs.
- Provide post-sales onboarding and implementation support to schools and users.
- Guide stakeholders on product usage and resolve basic technical/product-related implementation challenges.
- Conduct refresher training and assess training requirements or capability gaps.




- Maintain training records, implementation updates, feedback and follow-up reports.
- Build strong relationships with schools, teachers, school leadership and channel partners.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Technical Trainer, IT Trainer, Product Trainer or Hardware Trainer.
- Hands-on experience in training users on IT, hardware or technology products.
- Experience with products such as laptops, tablets, interactive panels or similar IT products .
- Solid product demonstration and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-oriented approach.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Important We are specifically looking for Technical / IT Product / Hardware Trainers .

Profiles primarily focused on Soft Skills Training, Personality Development, Academic/Subject Training or Classroom Teaching will not be relevant for this requirement.
