Role & responsibilities

Shouldhaveexperienceinsellingshutteringboard/buildingmaterialspreferably.

Minimumof15+yearsB2Baccountmanagement,salesmanagementand/orB2Bchannel management experience.

Buildstrongstrategiesforbothshortandlong-termopportunitiesandidentifyout-of-the-boxideasto resolveissuesandexceedcustomerexpectations. Highconversionratioofleads. Shouldhaveideaonconceptsellingandsellingnewproduct.

Preferablyifyouhavesoldanon-woodenshutteringplylikeplasticboardsetc.forshuttering. Shouldknowbasicsofshutteringsuchasspan,thicknessused,basicprocessetc. Shouldhaveawell-connectednetworkofbuilding/shutteringcontractorsinBangalore.Additionally, Hyderabad,ChennaiandotherpartsofKarnatakanetworkarealsopreferred.

ShouldbeabletospeakfluentlyinKannada.Telugu,Tamilispreferredadditionally.



Shouldbehighlypersuasiveandbeanexpertatobjectionhandling. Maintainstrictadherencetocompanyreportingpoliciessuchasdailyreports,weekly,monthly reportsetc.

Maintainandoverperformincompany-setKPIs. Shouldhaveachieved35-40lacsminimumsales/monthinpreviousorganization. Responsibleforattendingevents,tradeshowsandtradeassociationmeetingstofacilitatenetworking opportunities.

Skills-negotiation,influencing,initiative,assertivepresence,problem-solving,communicationand theabilitytoworkacrossmultipleprojects. Weseekapassionate,energetic,self-motivatedindividualwhoenjoysworkinginahighlychallenging environmentandloveschallenginghimself.
