Role & responsibilities

1. 'Lead state-level planning, execution and monitoring of the program across districts and blocks, in coordination with PMU.
2. Manage implementation partners, government stakeholders and other strategic partners for effective program delivery.
3. Work closely with SRLMs and field implementation agencies to ensure management, extend technical support and quality assurance of the program implemented by field implementation agencies
4. Drive resource mobilization, livelihood development, FPO/value-chain initiatives and convergence activities.
5. Ensure effective MIS, reporting, financial controls, monitoring, evaluation and compliance.
6. Build team capabilities,



promote innovation and ensure achievement of program targets and outcomes.
7. 'Accountable for delivering results as per plan and strategic direction for the state

Preferred candidate profile

- About 10-15 years of experience in development sector
- Postgraduate in social work / Sciences, Rural Management, Agriculture and other relevant fields
- Experience in working in the rural development projects with multi-stakeholders collaborations and understanding on government programs
- Prior experience of leadership positions in a rural development program
