We’re Hiring: Startup Analyst | Chitkara Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (CCIE)

Are you obsessed with early-stage startups, business models, and venture analysis?

CCIE (Chitkara University) is looking for a passionate Startup Analyst to evaluate, mentor, and help build the next wave of scalable ventures.

This is a high-ownership, high-learning role designed for someone who wants to develop real pattern recognition around what separates an interesting idea from an investable business.

Key Responsibilities:-

- L1 Startup Evaluation: Review incoming applications across problem, market size, business model, GTM strategy, and founder-market fit.
- Founder Discovery: Conduct structured discussions with founders to identify key risks, critical assumptions, and traction signals beyond the pitch deck.
- Venture Building: Help shortlisted startups sharpen their positioning, unit economics, pitch decks, and investor readiness.




- Pipeline Analytics: Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and maintain a defensible startup evaluation framework.

Who Should Apply?

- Experience: 2–3 years in Venture Capital, Incubators/Accelerators, Founder’s Office, Startup Research, or Early-Stage Startups.
- Skillset: Solid market/sector research capability, sound business model fundamentals, and the ability to make structured assessments with incomplete data.
- Mindset: High curiosity, analytical depth, and clear communication skills.
