· Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs.
· Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
· Provide nursing care according to patient needs and clinical protocols.
· Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
· Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and documentation.
· Monitor patient progress and report changes in health conditions.
· Provide wound care, dressing changes, and infection prevention practices.
· Educate patients and families about health conditions, medications, and care plans.
· Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
· Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and safety guidelines.
· Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
· Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
Qualifications
· Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing).
· Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
· Knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care practices, and healthcare standards.
· Basic computer skills for electronic medical records and hospital systems.
