- Provide direct patient care according to the doctor’s orders and hospital protocols.

- Monitor and record vital signs, patient condition, intake/output, and other clinical observations.

- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.

- Assist doctors during clinical procedures, examinations, and emergency situations.

- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.

- Prepare patients for procedures, investigations, surgeries, and discharge.

- Monitor patients after procedures and immediately report any changes in condition to the doctor/senior nurse.

- Follow proper infection control, hand hygiene, biomedical waste management, and patient safety practices.

- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper availability of nursing equipment and supplies.

- Educate patients and attendants regarding medications,



treatment, diet, hygiene, and discharge instructions.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments for smooth patient care.

- Assist in admission, transfer, discharge, and emergency care processes.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

- Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, nursing protocols, and safety procedures.

- Participate in shift handovers, training programs, audits, and quality-improvement activities.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
