- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Perform scrub and circulating nurse duties.
- Prepare OT, instruments, equipment, and consumables.
- Maintain sterile/aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
- Perform instrument, sponge, and needle counts.
- Monitor patient safety and assist with patient positioning and shifting.
- Maintain OT documentation and surgical records.
- Ensure proper sterilization and biomedical waste management.
- Check OT equipment and maintain adequate stock of consumables.
- Follow NABH and hospital safety protocols.
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration. Experience: 1–3 years OT experience preferred.
