Job Summary

Responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting in gynecological procedures, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring proper documentation in line with organizational protocols.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist doctors during gynecological and surgical procedures in OT

· Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care

· Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and recovery progress

· Prepare OT instruments and maintain sterile workplace

· Handle emergency situations efficiently with clinical team

· Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

· Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and hygiene standards

· Coordinate with doctors and medical staff for smooth service delivery

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma in General Nursing (GNM) from a recognized institute

Registered with State Nursing Council





Minimum 1 year of experience (Gynecology experience preferred)

Key Skills

· Clinical and patient-handling skills

· Knowledge of OT procedures and protocols

· Strong communication and teamwork

· Ability to work under pressure

· Attention to detail and hygiene standards
