- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to their clinical needs and care plans.

- Assess patients and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.

- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.

- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.

- Perform wound care, dressing, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.

- Monitor and document patient progress, treatment, and nursing interventions.

- Maintain accurate nursing records, medication charts, and patient documentation.

- Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications, treatment, hygiene, nutrition, and discharge care.

- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.

- Follow infection-control, medication-safety, patient-safety, and hospital protocols.

- Assist with patient admission, transfer, discharge, and handover procedures.

- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns to the appropriate medical team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
