We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Nurse to join our Operation Theatre team. The candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures while maintaining strict infection-control and patient-safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the operation theatre, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures.

- Receive and prepare patients for surgery, ensuring correct patient identification and procedure verification.

- Assist surgeons and anaesthesia teams during surgical procedures.

- Perform scrub nurse and circulating nurse duties as assigned.

- Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques throughout surgical procedures.

- Prepare and handle surgical instruments, sutures, implants, medications, and other OT requirements.





- Monitor patients during procedures and promptly report any changes in their condition.

- Maintain accurate documentation, including surgical checklists, instrument counts, consumable records, and OT records.

- Perform proper counting of instruments, needles, swabs, and other surgical items before and after procedures.

- Ensure cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and proper maintenance of OT equipment according to hospital protocols.

- Assist with emergency and major surgical procedures when required.

- Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anaesthetists, technicians, nurses, and other departments.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
