Position: Staff Nurse

Location: Kollam, Kerala

Openings in the following departments:

- Labour Room
- Emergency Department
- Critical Care – CCU / MICU / NICU/SICU / CTVS ICU
- Cath Lab
- Ward
- Operation Theatre (OT)

Qualification & Registration: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC) Registration

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant departmental experience in a hospital preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver safe, compassionate and patient-centred nursing care
- Monitor patients and promptly communicate changes in clinical condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
- Follow infection control, patient safety and medication safety protocols
- Assist doctors during procedures, emergencies and clinical interventions
- Ensure proper handover and continuity of patient care
- Comply with hospital policies, SOPs and NABH standards
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nursing supervisors and multidisciplinary teams
