Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Hospital Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support doctors and other healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to patients according to established hospital policies and clinical standards.
- Assess and monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and nursing documentation.
- Monitor patients before and after procedures and report any changes in condition promptly.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures as required.
- Educate patients and their families about medications,



treatment plans, and basic healthcare practices.
- Follow infection-control, hygiene, and patient-safety procedures.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with doctors, laboratory staff, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and provide basic life-support measures when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare regulations.
- Support discharge procedures and provide patients with appropriate after-care instructions.

Qualifications

- ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid nursing registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- Previous hospital or clinical experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures, infection control, and patient safety.
