Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

- Registered Nurse (RN) license

- ICU experience is preferred

- Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure workplace

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively within a team

- Basic computer skills

- 3-6years

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU and operating rooms

- Assess patients' conditions and monitor vital signs

- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed

- Assist in surgical procedures and maintain a sterile environment

- Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any changes

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide effective patient care

- Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures and conditions

- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
